All orders are processed within 2 business days. Excluding weekends, holidays and promotional periods. All orders are sent via USPS and you will be notified right away via email with your tracking number.
What do I do if my gems arrived damaged?
The Short & Suite team wraps and packs each order carefully. In the rare case your item arrives damaged, please contact concierge@shortandsuite.com + returns@shortandsuite.com within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and photos of the damaged piece. All damages and exchanges/credits are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Where is my Order?
After your order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order with tracking via USPS.

Short & Suite offers store credit due to wrong ring size within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. If so, the item will be returned to the purchaser with no store credit issued. Earrings and necklaces are final sale as in accordance to state law for intimate items, as to protect all purchasing parties from infection, disease or other impurities. We do not offer refunds- All items are nonrefundable. A $5 store credit fee issued upon receipt of store credit.
All sale items, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and collaborations are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
