Order
All orders are processed within 2 business days excluding weekends, holidays and promotional periods. You will be notified via email with your tracking number.

The Short & Suite team wraps and packs each order carefully. In the rare case your item arrives damaged, please contact concierge@shortandsuite.com + returns@shortandsuite.comwithin 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged piece. All damages and exchanges/credits are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Short & Suite offers store credit due to wrong ring size within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. If so, the item will be returned to the purchaser with no store credit issued. Earrings and necklaces are final sale as in accordance to state law for intimate items, as to protect all purchasing parties from infection, disease or other impurities. We do not offer refunds- All items are nonrefundable. A $5 store credit fee issued upon receipt of store credit.
All sale items, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and collaborations are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit
