S&S Return Policy

Short & Suite offers store credit only within 10 days of the initial order date. We will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. If so, the item will be returned to the purchaser with no store credit issued. Earrings are final sale as in accordance to state law for intimate items, as to protect all purchasing parties from infection, disease or other impurities. Store credits are valid for one year for any item. 

Items not Eligible for Store Credit

Sale items, discount code purchases, and special orders are not eligible for store credit or exchange.

Process your Return for Store Credit

Your store credit will be processed within 3 business days once the item is returned in its original condition. You will be issued a limited time exclusive code for your store credit. You cannot use two codes at the same time at check out.

For store credits, please email returns@shortandsuite.com and you will get an immediate response with a free label to ship back your merchandise. Please ensure the order number is in the subject line.

What do I do if my gems arrived damaged?

The Short & Suite team wraps and packs each order carefully. In the rare case your item arrives damaged, please contact returns@shortandsuite.com within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and photos of the damaged piece. All damages and exchanges/credits are determined on a case-by-case basis.
