S&S Return Policy


Short & Suite Jewelry offers store credit due to wrong ring size within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. If so, the item will be returned to the purchaser with no store credit issued. Earrings and necklaces are final sale as in accordance to state law for intimate items, as to protect all purchasing parties from infection, disease or other impurities. We do not offer refunds- All items are nonrefundable. 


Short & Suite Skincare products that have been unsealed, used or show any evidence of having been used must be returned within 15 days of delivery and will be issued a store credit, minus the cost of shipping. Store credits are issued on a case-by-case basis.


All sale items, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and collaborations are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Store Credit

Store credits are issued on a case-by-case basis as seen in our Short & Suite Jewelry and Short & Suite Skincare policies.


What do I do if my Short & Suite products arrived damaged?
The Short & Suite team wraps and packs each order carefully. In the rare case your item arrives damaged, please contact concierge@shortandsuite.com + returns@shortandsuite.com within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and photos of the damaged piece. All damages and exchanges/credits are determined on a case-by-case basis.


Where is my Order?
After your order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order with tracking.
